Monroe County Legislator Glenn Gamble represents the 22nd District, which includes the parts of Rochester just north of the inner loop, Rochester's Susan B. Anthony Neighborhood, and the High Falls District. Glenn was elected to represent the 22nd district for a two-year term in 2005 and was reelected in 2007. He currently serves as the Ranking Minority Member of the Recreation & Education Committee, as well as on the Transportation Committee.

 

Glenn has long been involved with neighborhood issues, and brings his interest in social justice to the Monroe County Legislature. Glenn is an alumnus of Benjamin Franklin High School, where he served as the president of student government, as well as student representative to the school board. After earning his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at Morgan State University, Glenn brought his skills back to the community. He has served as a counselor at St. Joseph's Villa, and is a current board member of Action for a Better Community. As the Assistant Director of Activities and After School Programs at Baden Street, Glenn is focused on improving the quality of life for disadvantaged youth and families of Monroe County.
